I did not do any research in these digital frames but when i saw this one , i couldnt resist ordering this item during thanksgiving sale. Viewsonic name is well known for a long time so i made my decision to try it. Its now day 4 and i still love it.
Pros: Display clarity is fantastic. The external look is excellent. Mine came with a 2 gb card which was a surprise. Amazon did an excellent job in shipping this pretty fast.
Cons: I think the user interface could have been built better. remote looks very cheap but that doesnt matter as it doesnt interfere with the final result..
I am thinking of buying 1 more in the future...Excellent gift idea.

I bought it in Thanksgiving time. I liked its LCD display.
Pros:
-A perfect LCD. Excellent clarity.
-Pleasently suprised to see a 2 GB card included.
Cons:
-Could not figure out how to select a desired mp3 as background music. Each time it picks up the first MP3 that is loaded in the card.
-Remote looks cheap and requires bit harder click on it to get it functional.
I will definitely buy one in future to gift to my relatives.

This will be a very short review. This digital photo frame came today. I transferred about 500 photos to it's 2GB SD card and plugged it in. The display is huge -- so large that even the portrait oriented (vertical) photos are displayed well. The frame looks great. The photos look great.

I bought this frame for a Christmas present and am very glad I did. I was always skeptical of photo frames and this fram took away all doubts about them. The frames appearance is beautiful and full featured. I rated the product 5 stars and the only negative I would have to say about it is that you do not have the ability to change which song is being played while in slideshow mode. I highly recomend this product for photo frame buyers.

This is the largest Digital Frame that I've seen and the price was about the same as much much smaller frames! We've ordered three of the frames and one of the three arrived with a broken glass. There was absolutely no problem returning the frame for a new one. We've since discovered that the glass can be removed and replaced by taking out 6 screws. The glass can be purchased at Michaels or any place else that sells glass for picture frames.
